Atlantic on Romney

Atlantic on Romney is a luxury apartment complex nestled in one of Charleston’s oldest residential districts. Needing to elevate the recreational space for both comfort and usability, Grand Strand Outdoor Living was brought in to put together a custom set of StruXure Pivot 6 systems: four zones of the Struxure Pivot 6XL, two sets of manual wood-look louvered privacy screens, and two sets of manual wood-look louvered vents in the outdoor kitchen.

This vast area of systems is located on the 2nd floor outdoor pool level, surrounded by the towering apartment complex on all sides. Two sections of privacy screens are built with a Manual Operator using Walnut wood-look louvers to allow privacy and air flow, as well as protect from rain from the side. Two additional systems connect to the outdoor kitchen on one side, and the restrooms on the other. These systems allow for shade and breeze in the hot summer months and functional use of their outdoor living space on rainy days, maximizing the value Atlantic on Romney offers its residents.
